However, colours and appearance may vary depending on your device or screen, and handmade, personalized, or manufactured products may have minor variations.
Such minor variations do not necessarily mean that a product is defective.
3. Personalized & Custom Products
You are responsible for reviewing all personalization information before submitting your order, including names, dates, messages, photographs, spelling, colours, sizes, and other customization details.
Please review these details carefully.
Because personalized and made-to-order products may enter production shortly after an order is placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible once processing or production begins.
Personalized and custom-made products are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
4. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
We may modify or discontinue products or limit quantities where permitted by law.
If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we may contact you regarding an alternative, delay, or cancellation. If we cannot fulfill a paid order and the order is cancelled, we will arrange an appropriate refund.
5. Prices
Prices displayed on our website may change from time to time.
The applicable product price, taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and other charges will be displayed or calculated during checkout as applicable.
We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or listing errors. If an error affects an order you have already submitted, we may contact you before fulfillment and take appropriate action as permitted by applicable law.

8. Order Cancellations & Changes
Cancellation and modification requests are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Generally, you may request a cancellation or change within 1 hour of placing your order, provided processing, personalization, or production has not already begun.
Because orders can enter processing quickly, we cannot guarantee that a requested cancellation or modification will be possible.
9. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping options, estimated delivery information, and applicable charges are provided according to our Shipping Policy and information displayed during checkout.
Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless we expressly state otherwise.
Carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, holidays, incorrect delivery information, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
10. Returns & Refunds
Returns, refunds, damaged products, incorrect products, personalized products, and final-sale items are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Customers should review that policy before making a purchase.
11. Promotions & Discount Codes
Promotional offers, discounts, and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers:
- Cannot be combined with other promotions
- Have no cash value
- May have expiration dates
- May apply only to selected products or customers
We may modify or end promotions where permitted by law.

Gift cards, if offered, are subject to any conditions displayed when purchased or issued and applicable law.
Gift cards are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
